Send your sales letter via
First-Class mail.
Much bulk-rate mail is not delivered
(even if it is properly addressed) by the Post Office. Much of it (bulk-rate),
is simply thrown away by the Post Office. And, if the Post Office doesn't throw
it away, surveys indicate your prospects will toss 75% of it in the 'round
file'... without... even bothering to open it!
