In this issue, my plan was to write about my
most powerful... yet little-known marketing secret.
My plan has been interrupted by Hurricane
Wilma.
As you undoubtedly know, Hurricane Wilma
broke several records. It was the most powerful hurricane
ever recorded in the Atlantic Ocean. It sat over the Yucatan
peninsula and battered those people for more than 24-hours.
Then it raced toward Florida coming ashore on the west coast
near Everglades City. It raced across the Florida peninsula
and hit the east coast of Florida in the Miami/Ft.
Lauderdale vicinity.
This path was predicted. What surprised all
of us living here in south Florida was how strong "she" was
when Wilma got to Miami. Hurricane Wilma hit here as a full
scale Category 3 hurricane and has massively disrupted our
lives. I didn't have power to write you this newsletter
until about 5 minutes ago. I still don't have water. And
several million people across the State of Florida...
especially here in the south including Miami... don't have
electricity or water.
I can't think of anything witty or clever to
say about all this. I'm too numb.
This hurricane season has already had two
more named storms than ever before... and... we have an
entire month to go before it's over.
I will say this, my two December seminars
are still a "go".
I want to ask you a favor. That favor is...
Please Be Patient
If I owe you a piece of writing. If I
haven't answered your email. If I haven't returned your
phone call. Please understand that myself (and most of the
people here in South Florida) are operating under very
difficult circumstances.
You've heard it before but it's worth saying
again:
Want To Make God Laugh?
Just Tell Him Your Plans!
I know a lot of you want to know if I'm okay
and want to wish me the best of luck. I really appreciate
that. But I would ask you don't email me (at
NoSexGary@aol.com) messages to that effect. At least for
the next couple of weeks. Everything here is extremely
fragile and the slightest overloading of anything running on
electricity can cause our lights to go out, our computers to
shut down, and even our televisions and radios to turn off.
We'll get through this rather quickly. It was nothing like
Hurricane Katrina. And nothing like what the people in the
Yucatan experienced due to Hurricane Wilma.
Anyway, since I can't think of anything
witty, slick or clever to say, I'm just going to end this
newsletter and thank you in advance for your patience and
understanding.

Sincerely, |
